You need a sublimation printer. This type of printer uses special sublimation inks that convert into a gas when heated, allowing them to bond with the mug's coating.
You must use sublimation-coated mugs. The coating allows the ink to bond with the mug's surface.
Pressing times can vary. However, generally, it takes between 60 to 180 seconds, but this depends on the temperature and mug type.
Use the control panel on the mug press to set the desired temperature and pressing time. Refer to the specific instructions for your design and mug type.
Wipe the exterior of the mug press with a damp cloth when it is cool. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Check your temperature and time settings. Ensure the design is securely taped to the mug. Make sure you are using sublimation paper and ink.
The PixMax mug press is designed specifically for 11oz mugs and is not recommended for other items.
Increase the pressing time or temperature. Ensure the sublimation paper is making good contact with the mug's surface. Check the ink levels and print quality on your sublimation printer.
Reduce pressing time or temperature. Ensure the design is tightly secured to the mug with heat tape. Check that the mug isn't moving during the pressing process.
Check the power connection and ensure the machine is plugged into a working outlet. Check the circuit breaker. Contact customer support if the issue persists.
Reduce the pressing time or temperature. Use heat-resistant tape to secure the paper to the mug. Make sure you are using sublimation paper and not regular printer paper.
