Includes an overrun timer adjustable from 1-30 minutes. This fan is suitable for use within zone 1, shower enclosures etc. It has a low profile, slimline design with a thickness of just 15mm. The 2662 rpm motor delivers a 73m³/h extraction rate with a quiet operation noise level of 30dB(A). It comes with a built-in backdraft shutter and high-quality ABS moulding with a gloss finish. The fan has an IP44 rating for use in bathrooms or cloakrooms. Ducting is not included. Suitable for ceiling or wall mounting with appropriate kit. Meets requirements of Building Regulation Document F and L.
