The OM SYSTEM LS-P5 is a high-resolution audio recorder designed for professional and enthusiast use. It features a Tresmic II Directional Control system with three microphones, offering a wide field for ambient sounds and music, and a narrow field for improved directionality. The recorder boasts 21 levels of a 125dB SPL Sound Pressure Microphones, ensuring distortion-free recording from loud environments to subtle sounds like bird songs or lectures. Built-in Bluetooth allows for wireless sound monitoring and full control via the DVR Remote app for iOS and Android, up to a distance of 10 meters (32ft). It supports high-quality recording formats including Linear PCM (96 kHz/24 bit), FLAC (96 kHz/24 bit), and MP3 (320 kbps). With 16GB of internal memory and a MicroSD card slot, it offers up to 37 hours of battery life. The LS-P5 includes manual recording and editing functions. It is equipped with a 3.5mm Mic/Line-in/Headphone jack and a 1/4" Tripod Mount for camera connectivity. The box contents include the LS-P5 audio recorder, a windshield, a soft case, a micro USB cable, rechargeable batteries, and a free download of the DVR.remote app.
