Do I need a separate power adapter for this docking station?

Laptop not charging when connected
Confirm that a USB-C Power Delivery adapter (minimum 60W recommended, up to 100W supported) is connected to the dock's PD port. Check the power adapter and its cable for damage. Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports PD input.
Slow data transfer speeds on USB ports
Ensure the USB-C cable connecting the dock to the laptop is a high-speed version (USB 3.2 Gen 2 recommended). Verify that the connected USB device is also capable of high-speed transfer. Try a different USB port on the dock.
