This Bialetti Brikka Moka Pot features a new column with a patented valve designed to enhance the creaminess of coffee. It has a new design boiler for better heat distribution and is made of aluminum, suitable for gas or electric hobs. Please note that this machine has a learning curve and requires seasoning before first use, involving a few wash cycles with water and then coffee cycles before consumption. It also requires close monitoring during use to avoid bitter coffee. The product weighs 0.88125 pounds. It is made from aluminum alloy (body), phenol resin (handle), and silicone (packing). Bialetti is a long-established Italian brand with over 100 years of history in coffee equipment. The Brikka model is an evolution of the iconic Mocha Express, designed to brew espresso with rich crema.
