Ideal for fast & accurate marking out on flat surfaces. Features a 9x magnification optical magnifier with cross hairs to find dead centre. Made with SUJ2 alloy steel punch. The kit base is equipped with an O-ring to provide an anti-slip function. NOTE: When centre popping broken studs & bolts ensure the surface has been filed flat & flush prior to use.
