eSHa Ndx is an aquatic levamisole-based roundworm treatment suitable for freshwater and marine aquariums. It effectively combats various parasitic nematodes, including Camallanus, Capillaria, Pseudocapillaria, Eustrongylides, and Oxyuris. A 20ml bottle treats up to 454l for the recommended course. This treatment is safe for freshwater systems and fish-only marine systems, but should not be used with invertebrates or corals. Signs of parasitic infection in fish can include changes in skin appearance, clamped fins, and unusual swimming behaviors. It is advised to remove chemical filtration during treatment. Unlike most other eSHa treatments, Ndx should not be used concurrently with other treatments, though using eSHa Optima daily after treatment is recommended for ongoing fish health. The initial dosage is 100 drops per 100ml (4.4ml). A 50% water change is required on day 2. For some oviparous nematodes, a repeat treatment after 14 days may be necessary to address newly hatched eggs. This product can be harmful to marine invertebrates and corals.
