It can also be used for deep frying, preparing soups, steaming, and smoking. Made from 1.8mm carbon steel, this 40cm wok weighs 2.4kg, making it heavy and big. It is a traditional Canton Style Chinese wok pan, hammered by professionals in Guangzhou and a choice of many professional Chinese chefs. Remember to season it before use. Not suitable for electric stovetops.
