The Dracaena Marginata Dragon Tree, a popular choice for indoor plants, is known for its slender, predominantly green leaves with fine red edges. These leaves form at the top of upright stems, creating an attractive shaggy-headed appearance. This plant thrives in light shade, ideally near a window. It prefers good potting compost and grows at an average to fast rate. It is tender and should be kept indoors, requiring temperatures above 10°C in winter. Water well during the growing season and reduce watering in winter. Misting the leaves will help maintain humidity and keep them dust-free. Repotting is recommended in spring every couple of years. The current height is approximately 1m, and it comes in a 19cm pot. Please note that the pot shown in images is not supplied; the plant is sent in a nursery pot.
