This mechanical pencil from Leuchtturm1917 is a revival of a 1920s writing instrument, known as the 'twist stylus'. It features a hexagonal barrel made from precision-milled silver steel and brass, finished in a matte black. This pencil is part of the Leuchtturm1917 bullet journal series, created in collaboration with Ryder Carroll, the inventor of the bullet journal. The matte black body is contrasted by a shiny silver steel rotary head and tip. The twist head is engraved with the Bullet Journal community symbol, a lightning bolt, and the Bullet Journal logo is printed in glossy black lacquer on the side of the barrel. The pencil has a large lead tank capable of holding up to 12 0.7mm lead refills and is available with a 0.7mm tip. Its dimensions are approximately 127mm long and 9mm in diameter.
