Induction cooking is considered to be the fastest, safest and most responsive form of hob-top cooking there is. Using this impressive technology, Falcon decided to create a new induction version of the 900 Deluxe range cooker, incorporating the very latest high-tech features for truly phenomenal cooking. Key Features include a stainless steel hotplate, 5kW central burner (Dual Fuel), heavy-duty pan supports (Dual Fuel), roll-out grill, multifunction oven, heavy-duty oven shelf, fan oven (tall), 3 year guarantee, catalytic liners, flame safety devices, and dual circuit grill. Dimensions are 900mm wide, 600mm deep, and 912-937mm high. The hob has power ratings of 3 x 3kW, 1 x 1.7kW / 1 x 5.0kW. The grill has a rating of 1 x 2.3kW (electric), the LH oven is 1 x 2.5kW (electric), and the RH oven is 1 x 2.5kW (electric). Total electric rating is 7.4kW. Oven capacities are 68 litres (LH) and 66 litres (RH). Included accessories are a wok ring, front plinth, and five heavy duty shelves including one deep shelf.
