This StarTech.com HDMI extender allows you to transmit a 4K 30Hz HDMI audio video signal up to 130ft (40m) over a single CAT6/5e cable. For 1080p resolutions, the range extends up to 230ft (70m). The kit includes both a transmitter and receiver for a complete end-to-end solution. It supports 7.1ch audio and HDMI 1.4 with 4:4:4 chroma subsampling for a clear picture. The extender simplifies setup with Power over Cable (PoC) support, requiring only one power connection to power both units. IR extension is also included, allowing easy control of source devices from a remote location using the provided IR Blaster and Receiver.
