The Raspberry Pi SC1752 Cooler is a passive heatsink designed for use with Compute Module 5. When fitted to the Compute Module 5, it dissipates heat, improving CPU performance, and protecting it from mechanical damage. The thermally conductive silicone on the underside of the Cooler effectively couples it to the surface of the Compute Module 5 CPU, wireless module, and power management chip for optimal heat dissipation. The aluminum heatsink profile with thermally conductive silicone pad has dimensions of 56 x 41 x 12.7mm. Please remove the protective white paper from the thermal silicone on the underside of the Cooler heatsink before fitting the Cooler to the Compute Module 5.
