The Metzeler Roadtec 01 SE Motorcycle Tyre is an evolution in the Sport Touring segment that enhances handling and grip for Supersport and naked motorcycles, preserving mileage and wet performances. This tyre features a tread pattern design with a higher land/sea ratio on the shoulders for both front and rear tyres, enhancing sportiness and providing a muscular presence for the sporty segment of sport tourers. The center section of the 01 SE matches the land/sea ratio of the Roadtec 01, reaching a value of 82% to benefit from advanced water drainage technologies. The shoulders of the tyre feature a land/sea ratio that ranges from 90% to a slick rubber starting from 25 degrees of lean angle, putting more rubber on the road at large lean angles, ensuring enhanced cornering thrust and directionality.
