In this unique device, "Eureka" has coupled 55-mm flat burrs with a stepless grind system that adjusts from below the motor, making both cleaning and disassembly a lot simpler. For even more comfort, the grinder is equipped with a sound-insulating metal case that turns the sound of beans being ground to a mere rustle. If that's not enough, a programmable touchscreen allows you to easily select your espresso dose for improved accuracy. ESPRESSO & BREW The special burr design conceived by "Eureka" engineers offers a grinding technique suitable for the preparation of both espresso and all of the filter coffee varieties. Suitable for drinks prepared using a Turkish pot, moka pot, filter brewing methods and a French press. 55-MM HARDENED-STEEL FLAT BURRS The 55-mm burrs, created specially for baristas, offer excellent grinding speed and phenomenal quality.
