The SIP Chargestar D15 digital battery charger is a compact and portable digital battery charger designed for charging all types of 12V lead acid batteries. Featuring an intelligent microprocessor with a 6-step automatic charging cycle, the Chargestar D15 makes battery charging easier, faster, and safer. Ideal for battery charging applications in automotive and workshop environments. Suitable for a variety of 12V lead acid batteries including wet, MF, EFB, AGM, and CaCa types. Charging capacity up to 220Ah and maintenance capacity up to 300Ah. The microprocessor-controlled charger maintains healthy, long-life battery performance through an intelligent 6-step cycle that diagnoses battery condition and voltage before charging. The unit stops charging when the battery capacity is full and a control panel light is displayed. If the voltage is less than 3V, charging is prevented as battery recovery is not possible. The 'Boost - Fast Charge' mode delivers 5 minutes of continuous 15A charge. A convenient 12V DC socket provides an external 7A power supply. Supplied with 2x 1.2m leads and clip clamps. Features an LED display and an intuitive soft-touch control panel. Its compact and lightweight design includes a carry handle for easy movement between uses. Built-in safety and protection features include an anti-spark system to prevent sparks when connecting clips to battery terminals, reverse polarity and overcharge protection, and an overheating alarm that automatically restarts the unit once cooled.
