The Monster Shop Z-Rax Racking Units are ideal for warehouse managers, home garage enthusiasts, and professional organizers who need a robust storage solution that balances heavy-duty load capacity with rapid assembly. By utilizing a clever 100% boltless design, these units significantly reduce setup time while providing a substantial 360 kg weight limit per shelf, though users should note that the MDF boards require a dry environment to prevent moisture-related warping over time.

Yes, the boltless design allows you to adjust the height of each shelf by simply moving the beams to different slots on the upright posts.
Each individual shelf can hold up to 360 kg. Please ensure the total weight per unit is distributed evenly across all shelves.
We do not recommend placing these units in damp environments, as the MDF shelving boards may absorb moisture and warp over time.
This specific package includes a 10-pack of the 90cm Z-Rax Racking Units.
Yes, you can place the units side-by-side. For added stability, consider bolting adjacent units together using standard bolts (not included).
Ensure all shelf tabs are fully engaged in the upright slots. Use a rubber mallet to gently hammer the beams down to ensure a flush, locked fit.
Check that the upright posts are perfectly vertical and not twisted. Apply a light amount of pressure while tapping with a rubber mallet.
Immediately wipe the area dry. If damage persists, the shelf should be replaced or treated with a moisture-resistant sealant.
To assemble your Z-Rax units, start by clearing a level floor space. Connect the upright posts with the Z-beams by sliding the tabs into the pre-cut slots until they click firmly into place. A rubber mallet is highly recommended to tap the beams into position without damaging the protective powder coating. For safety, we recommend securing the units to a wall if they are being used on uneven surfaces. Regarding care, clean the powder-coated steel frame with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure the MDF boards remain dry; if you are using these units in a garage with frequent spills, consider sealing the MDF boards with a protective varnish to extend their lifespan.
