To use, lightly grease a non-stick board with vegetable fat, roll out thin fondant or flower paste, grease the cutter, and press firmly into the paste. Remove the cutter and surplus paste carefully. Use a small plastic knife to transfer the design to a sponge drying pad and let it dry for about 10 minutes before attaching to your cake with water. You can also enhance the designs with lustre dust for highlighting or painting. These cutters work with sugarpaste, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, and modelling chocolate. For best results with flower/modelling paste, knead it well before use.
