Tygris R222 is a water-based weld spatter release spray that prevents spatter adhesion. This solvent and dichloromethane-free formulation is safe for all types of welding equipment. It is non-silicone, allowing for product finishing, and non-flammable for safe working. The spray is water rinseable for easy removal. Its water-based properties make it an environmentally friendly alternative to solvent-based sprays. Suitable for work pieces, nozzles, shrouds, jigs, and tools.
