Install the HP Smart app, connect your printer to your Wi-Fi network, and then select the print option within the app.
HP+ is a smart printing system that keeps the printer up to date, secure, and ready to print from almost anywhere. It requires an HP account and Original HP Ink cartridges.
While the printer can work with non-HP cartridges, using HP+ requires the use of Original HP Ink cartridges.
Place the document on the scanner glass or in the auto-feeder. Then, select the scan option from the HP Smart app or the printer control panel.
Check the printer's power and Wi-Fi connection. Restart your printer and router. Verify that the printer is selected as the default printer on your computer or mobile device.
Press the cancel button on the printer or cancel the print job from your computer or mobile device.
The printer supports A4, A6, and B5 paper sizes, as well as envelopes and photo paper.
Restart your printer and router. Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on the printer and that you have entered the correct network password. Check the printer's display for any error messages.
Run the printer's cleaning cycle from the HP Smart app or printer control panel. Check and replace ink cartridges if they are low. Ensure you are using the correct paper type for your print job.
Open the printer and carefully remove any jammed paper. Make sure you are not overloading the paper tray and that the paper is loaded correctly. Inspect the paper feed rollers for any obstructions.
Ensure that your mobile device and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Make sure you have the HP Smart app installed on your device. Restart both your device and the printer.
