Add instant charm to your garden with the Veronica Ulster Dwarf Blue Spiked Speedwell. Its compact form and vibrant blue flowers make it ideal for filling gaps in borders or brightening containers. The attractive lance-shaped foliage creates a delightful mound of interest throughout the year, its subtle colour enhancing, not overpowering, your garden's beauty. These adaptable plants thrive in moist, well-drained soil with full sun or partial shade, perfect for those challenging spots. Supplied as three established plants in 9cm pots. Note that plant height varies seasonally (images are illustrative only) and includes the pot; plants may be dormant (lacking leaves) from October to March. Mature size: 30cm x 30cm. Plant between March and November for blooms from May to August. This beautiful perennial, introduced in 2019, produces one of the clearest blues available in perennials, with fascinating flower spikes topped with green, making it one of the most eye-catching plants. The compact variety easily fills gaps in flower borders and is ideal in pots and containers where you can make the most of its stunning flower colour. With lance-shaped foliage forming a delightful mound, it will give your garden year-round interest and immediately commands attention. Its long-lasting colour is never overpowering. Speedwells are easy to grow in any moist but well-drained, reasonably fertile soil, preferably in full sun although they will tolerate partial shade, making them a great addition to those areas that can be a little tricky. Placed near the front of the border, they'll thrive. Plants reach 2-3cm when in bloom. Plants are dormant October - March so may show no leaves in the pot.
