Clematis Willy is a vigorous climber producing masses of beautiful pale pink flowers in late spring. The petals feature an ombre-like effect, with dark pink bases fading to almost white at the edges. The centre has a creamy hue and is attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinators. Once flowering has finished in mid - late summer, silky seed heads appear, extending the plant’s period of interest. Clematis Willy is best suited to training up trellises, obelisks, fences and walls but is also suitable for pots and containers. This plant is hardy to UK winter temperatures and does well in most soil types. It is easy to care for and demands little attention once established. Please Note: When purchasing plants please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only - The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
