Use the touch controls on the earbuds. Tap the left earbud to decrease volume and the right earbud to increase volume.
Tap the left or right earbud once to answer or end a call.
Double-tap the right earbud to skip to the next track. Double-tap the left earbud to go back to the previous track.
The IP66 rating means the earbuds are protected against dust and strong jets of water, making them sweat-resistant and suitable for workouts and outdoor use.
The earbuds will automatically connect to the last two devices paired. You can pause the audio on one device and start playback on the other to switch.
Be Aware mode allows you to hear your surroundings by letting in ambient sounds, enhancing safety and awareness.
Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid for 30 seconds. Then open the lid and try pairing again.
Ensure the earbuds are charged. Place them in the charging case and ensure the case is charged.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Restart the earbuds and the device. Forget and re-pair the earbuds in your device's Bluetooth settings.
Ensure the ear tips fit snugly in your ears. Adjust the EQ settings in the JLab app. Clean the earbud nozzles.
Ensure ANC is enabled in the JLab app or through touch controls. Try different ear tip sizes to get a better seal.
Check the charging case battery level. Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and in the case.
