This 2-piece knife set from the ZWILLING Gourmet series includes a paring knife (10 cm) and a Santoku knife (18 cm). Both knives feature black plastic handles and blades made of special ice-hardened stainless steel for increased strength and resistance. The V-Edge technology involves a two-stage process finishing in a fine symmetrical edge with a knife angle of approximately 15 degrees per side. SIGMAFORGE® knives are precision forged from a single piece of steel. FRIODUR® ice-hardened blades offer exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The riveted ergonomic synthetic handles provide fatigue-free and safe working, with an exposed tang and no bolster. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended. Designed by ZWILLING Germany. Includes ZWILLING Lifetime Warranty. Set includes: 1 paring/garnishing knife (10cm), 1 Santoku knife (18cm).
