The popular Shire Barclay Summerhouse was designed to be placed into the corner of a garden, as the two rear walls come together to form a right angle. This enhanced model incorporates a fully-boarded side shed module, offering a storage area of approximately 39" in width by 66" in depth, with entry via fully boarded double doors, complete with a padbolt. The fully glazed summerhouse double doors are complete with a ring latch, and flanked on either side by fully glazed window panels. Safety Styrene glazed throughout, allowing plenty of daylight to enter. Each Barclay Summerhouse is made from tongue and groove cladding to the walls and floor, while the roof panels are solid sheet OSB. Mineralized felt is supplied to cover the roof. All fixtures and full instructions are provided. We recommend allowing space around the summerhouse for easier re-application of wood preservative. The Barclay is a magnificent corner summer house with a useful shed attached, utilising a garden corner for relaxation and storage. It features full height, styrene safety glazed windows and doors for natural light. Wall panels are 12mm shiplap boards in a honey brown timber basecoat, ready for your topcoat. Framing is sturdy 34mm square, made from high-grade certified northern European pine. The floor and roof are 12 mm tongued and grooved timber. The shed door has a padbolt and the summerhouse has a traditional gate latch. All fixings, mineral roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Allow for roof overhang and access for painting and installation. A flat, level base is essential; grass, soil, or gravel are unsuitable. Imperial dimensions are rounded and for guidance only.
