This Timloc Cavity Wall Weep Vent is a multi-function product designed for discharging water from external walls and ensuring cavity ventilation. It is suitable for use at ground floor slab level, within cavity tray systems, over external lintels, and where a cavity must be ventilated. The vent fits walls of 100mm or more in thickness, constructed from brick, block, or stone. It is purpose-made and pre-formed for reliable water discharge and cavity ventilation, reducing the risk of pointing-up issues. An integral front grille prevents large nest-building insects from entering the cavity. Manufactured from UV-stabilized polypropylene, it complies with relevant Building Regulations and NHBC requirements. Dimensions: 65 x 10 x 100mm.
