The Jielde Signal flush wall light lends itself to aesthetics like contemporary, industrial, and modern. IP20 rated. Available in multiple finishes, in either matt or gloss. Three switch options available. Handmade wall light Signal SI300 - flexibly adjustable. This wall light quickly makes itself indispensable, whether in a workshop as a work light or as an everyday companion and stylish addition to an industrial-style home design. Signal SI300 is equipped with the typical joints with sliding contacts inside that have characterised Jieldé lights since 1950 and give them very flexible movement and therefore extremely effective functionality. The Signal SI300 wall light is made of aluminium and steel and fitted with a ceramic socket. The arm of the luminaire can be rotated through 220° and swivelled through 300° using the integrated joint in the wall mount area. The hemispherical head of the luminaire can be rotated through 360°, so that the light can be directed exactly where it is needed. The lampshade is white on the inside for optimum light reflection. In 1950, Jean-Louis Domecqs, the founder of the family business Jieldé, was looking for a workshop lamp that met his requirements in terms of function and design. He couldn't find a light that suited him one hundred per cent, so he developed the Loft light, now considered a classic of French industrial style, which was freely movable and had no cables to get in the way. The chunky joints, the reflector shade in the shape of a hemisphere and the bracket around the lampshade are its characteristic features. Since 1955, the French family business from Lyon has been trading under the name Jieldé, which goes back to the initials of the company founder (JLD). All lights are elaborately handcrafted and labelled as unique pieces with a numbered plaque.
