The Witt Etna Rotante Pizza Oven features a unique rotating pizza stone and an additional booster burner for even cooking, ensuring a perfect crust with 360-degree crispness. This oven can reach temperatures of 0-500°C in less than 15 minutes and cooks pizzas in under 90 seconds. The U-shaped main burner provides even heat distribution, while the booster burner underneath the rotating stone maintains a constant, hot pizza stone for continuous pizza making. It can accommodate pizzas up to 40.5 cm (16 inches).
