This Sony turntable is designed for vinyl enthusiasts seeking a seamless and high-quality listening experience with modern connectivity. Its key benefit is the effortless automatic operation combined with the ability to stream music wirelessly via Bluetooth. A potential consideration is the reliance on Bluetooth for wireless streaming, which may not suit users preferring wired connections exclusively.

Ensure both the turntable and your wireless speaker are powered on. Put the turntable into Bluetooth pairing mode and activate pairing mode on your speaker. Select the turntable from your speaker's list of available Bluetooth devices. Once paired, audio will stream wirelessly.
The turntable has a built-in preamplifier when using Bluetooth or its internal phono stage for RCA output. You can connect it directly to any amplifier or powered speakers with standard AUX or Line input. If your amplifier has a dedicated PHONO input, you can switch the turntable's output to match (though this unit is primarily designed for line-level output).
aptX is a Bluetooth audio codec that provides higher quality audio streaming compared to standard Bluetooth, often closer to CD quality, with lower latency and improved sound. For aptX to function, both the transmitter (turntable) and receiver (speaker/headphones) must support it.
Use a soft, dry carbon fiber stylus brush. Gently brush the stylus from back to front only, never side-to-side or front-to-back. For a deeper clean, use a specialized stylus cleaning fluid sparingly on the brush.
The tracking force is pre-set at 2.0g ± 0.5g for optimal performance. Manual adjustment of the counterweight is not provided on this model.
Please refer to the product's warranty documentation or the retailer's information for the specific warranty period, as it can vary by region.
Ensure the drive belt is correctly attached to the motor pulley and the platter. Check that the turntable is plugged in and powered on.
Clean the stylus with a stylus brush. Check that the stylus pressure is correctly set (2.0 g ± 0.5 g) and that the turntable is on a level surface. Ensure the adjustable gain switch is set appropriately for your system.
Verify that the RCA cables are securely connected to both the turntable and the amplifier/speakers. Ensure the correct input is selected on your amplifier/speakers. If your amplifier lacks a phono input, ensure an external phono preamp is connected and powered on.
Ensure the turntable is in Bluetooth pairing mode and your speaker/headphone is also in pairing mode and within range. Turn off and on both devices and try pairing again. Ensure no other devices are actively connected to the turntable's Bluetooth.
Ensure the ground wire from the turntable is properly connected to the ground terminal on your amplifier. Try a different power outlet to rule out electrical interference.
