Everbuild 711 TileSet Flexiplus Tile Adhesive is a quick setting floor and wall tile mortar with added latex powder for improved flexibility. It can be used on prepared wooden floors, for interior and exterior use where same-day fixing and grouting is required. The adhesive is tested to EN12004 Class C2FTE S1. Suitable surfaces include concrete, screeds, renders, unskimmed plasterboard, and blockwork, provided fresh concrete etc. has dried for at least 4 weeks. Ensure floors are free from rising damp and prime surfaces with EVERBUILD PVA BOND diluted 4 parts water to 1 part PVA Bond and allow to dry. For timber floors (interior only), ensure adequate ventilation beneath. Cover wooden floors with moisture-resistant exterior-grade (marine) plywood, at least 12mm thick, secured with screws at 300mm centres. Prime with EVERBUILD PVA BOND diluted 3 parts water to 1 part PVA Bond and allow to dry. For softwood tongue and groove boarding, boards must be screwed (not nailed) down to joists at 300mm centres and surfaces sealed with EVERBUILD PVA BOND diluted 3 parts water to 1 part PVA Bond and allowed to dry. For existing tiling, ensure tiles are securely bonded. Roughen the surface of glazed tiles with a sander and apply a bonding coat of neat EVERBUILD PVA BOND. Apply mixed adhesive while the bonding coat is still tacky.
