Bluecol Engine Coolant OE 48 is a high quality ethylene glycol based coolant/antifreeze suitable for use in cooling systems of all types of liquid cooled automotive and industrial internal combustion engines. Bluecol OE 48 is suitable for year round usage and offers exceptional corrosion protection. Directions for Use: Drain & Flush the cooling system with clean water. Check all hoses, clips and joints for leakage. Refer to vehicle manufacturer's handbook for the total volume of the cooling system. Remove radiator cap and pour 1.5L of clean water into radiator system. Add coolant to a volume equal to 50% of the total coolant system capacity and top up with clean water to recommended fill level. Replace cap. Run the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature to remove any airlocks. Switch off engine and allow to cool. Remove radiator cap and top up with water if necessary. Replace cap. Note: It is recommended to have a 50/50 coolant and water mixture to obtain optimum protection. Drain and flush the system with clean water before refilling the with coolant and water mixture. If neat fluid is spilled onto paintwork, rinse off with water.
