This black Aluminium weathering slate from FloPlast is ideal for carrying waste safely and cleanly away from your home. It fits neatly underneath the roof tiles to blend in with the roof profile, while the rubber adaptor provides a watertight seal around the outside of the soil pipe to stop water entering the house through the soil stack. This weathering slate is used when a soil vent pipe penetrates the roof covering and is used as an alternative to a traditional lead slate, with aluminium flashing being dressed over the tiles or slates. The dimensions of the flashing are 500mm x 600mm.
