Technical 12-point crampons designed for ascents with both rock and ice. The Air Tech features 12 short steel points, 8 front and 4 rear, for optimal foot stability during ascents, descents, and traverses. It adapts to various boot types with a central regulation bar and offers multiple binding systems: Cramp-O-Matic EVO, New-Matic EVO, and New-Classic EVO. Equipped with Grivel's renowned proactive Antibott plates in both front and rear to prevent snow build-up, these crampons are easy to store and compact. They provide perfect adherence, making them an excellent companion for mountain activities. Constructed from steel and plastic, they are certified to CE EN 893 and UIAA 153 standards. The New-Matic EVO version offers a lighter, stronger, and easier-to-adjust one-piece back clip, improved 12mm webbing for durability, and a more ergonomic buckle. The webbing strap fastens towards the boot, with the loose end tucking into a dedicated slot on the rear bail. This upgrade results in a 54g weight saving, making them light, strong, and user-friendly. Weight: 866g/pair with anti-balling plates. Available in sizes 35-46.
