The front panel of the Design Mincer Advanced in made from stainless steel as is the large rotary feed pan. For added strength and reliability, the cross-bladed knife with 4 blades is made from stainless steel whilst the grinding discs are made from cast metal. The worm housing, worm and closing ring are also made from cast aluminium. The Gastroback Design Mincer Advanced is supplied with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
