Perfect for seasoned chefs and new home cooks, this Swiss-design Kuhn Rikon Chef's Knife is ideal for cutting, slicing and chopping. Made from stainless steel, the non-stick coated blade is honed to be ultra-sharp and has a length of 200 mm for all your cutting needs. An ergonomic handle is fitted to the blade, providing a great balance between the two for optimum precision when preparing ingredients. A black silicone coating allows the knife to be non-stick, whereas a blade protector is included for added safety when storing. Though dishwasher safe, Kuhn Rikon recommend handwashing in order to preserve the durability and longevity of the blade.
