A selection of conical sockets designed to assist in the removal of locking wheel nuts. To use, select a socket that fits approximately halfway over the nut. Center the socket and strike it with a 1kg hammer using the supplied rod until the socket is firmly locked onto the nut. The socket can then be used with a standard hand wrench to remove the locking nut. The wheel nut can be released from the socket using the supplied rod. In some instances, it may be necessary to grind the socket to reduce its length or thickness for a proper fit. These sockets are considered consumables and may require replacement after use. Supplied in a blow-moulded case for convenient storage. Specification: Type: Locking Wheel Nut Sockets. Sizes: 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25mm Approx. Please note: Do not use with an impact wrench.
