It is suitable for all types of threaded components, flanges, and other parts exposed to temperatures up to 1,100°C, reducing assembly and dismantling times. It protects against seizure caused by corrosion and chemical attack and is also used as a brake caliper anti-seize compound. Benefits include: lead-free formulation reinforced with graphite for improved ambient temperature lubrication, prevention of seizing and galling, protection of battery terminals from corrosion, lubrication up to 120°C, and copper content for effective anti-seize properties up to 1,100°C. It enables fast and easy dismantling of threaded components, provides anti-seize properties under saturated conditions, offers exceptional salt water corrosion resistance, and allows for easy reuse of disassembled components. Its high viscosity means it does not melt or drip. To use, shake thoroughly before applying sparingly to the component from a distance of 15 to 20cm, ensuring a thin, even coating before assembly. For optimum properties, ensure both contact surfaces are completely coated. It offers superior anti-seize protection with its copper-based, graphene-reinforced formulation preventing galling, corrosion, and component seizing.
