The Sekonda Motion Pro Smartwatch is designed for active individuals seeking to monitor their fitness and stay connected. It provides comprehensive health tracking, including heart rate and sleep analysis, all while delivering notifications directly to your wrist. However, it's important to note that while it offers water resistance, extended submersion is not recommended without water lock mode. This guide will help you understand and effectively use your Sekonda Motion Pro Smartwatch.

The Sekonda Motion Pro Smartwatch offers up to 10 days of battery life on a single charge.
The watch is water-resistant up to 10 meters (IP68). It can withstand splashes and rain, but avoid prolonged submersion without water lock mode.
The watch notifies you of incoming calls, but it doesn't have the capability to answer calls directly. You can see who is calling.
The watch is compatible with smartphones running iOS 12.0 and Android 9.0 and above.
You can change the watch face through the companion app or by long-pressing the watch face on the watch itself and selecting a new one.
The watch automatically tracks your sleep when worn at night. View the sleep data in the companion app the next morning.
Try restarting the watch by long-pressing the power button. If that doesn't work, try resetting the watch to factory settings via the app (this will erase your data).
Ensure the watch is charged. Connect the charging cable and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to turn it on again.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Restart both the watch and the app. Ensure the app is up to date and check for any firmware updates for the watch.
Ensure the watch is worn snugly on your wrist. Clean the sensor on the back of the watch and try to calibrate the sensor by taking measurements at rest and during exercise.
Ensure GPS is enabled in the watch settings. Go outside with a clear view of the sky to allow the watch to acquire a GPS signal.
