Everbuild 450 Builders Silicone is a premium quality low modulus, non-corrosive, neutral cure silicone sealant. It adheres to a wide range of surfaces without the need for priming and conforms to BS5889. This high viscosity sealant offers excellent tooling properties, cures quickly to provide a permanently flexible, high strength waterproof seal with low dirt pick-up. It is ideal for perimeter pointing around PVCu, wood and other frames, sealing, and as an adhesive for PVCu, plastic trims and components. It is also suitable for expansion joint sealing, weather sealing, joint sealing to pre-formed panels, sealing soft metals, general glazing, draught proofing, and repair work over existing sealant.
