Mythology tokens are used to choose which deities are available at the beginning of the game.
During Ages II and III, instead of taking a card from the pyramid, you can pay the required offering tokens and activate a god's power.
Offering tokens are used to pay the cost of activating a god's power.
No, you can only activate one god's power per turn, instead of taking a card.
You cannot activate the god's power if you don't have enough offering tokens. You must choose a card instead.
The full rules are included with the expansion. You can also find them online on the publisher's website or board game databases.
During setup, the Mythology tokens determine which deities are in play. Refer to the rulebook for specific instructions and card placement.
Each deity has a specific offering cost listed on their card. Make sure you have the required offering tokens before activating a god.
Read the god's card carefully. Each deity has a unique power. Follow the instructions on the card to activate its effect.
If a god like Zeus allows you to discard a card from the pyramid, discard it face up and place it out of play. This does not count as taking the card.
