This Rockingham Forge 13cm Quadra Santoku Knife is a Japanese variant of the chef's knife, designed for slicing, dicing, and mincing. The blade is made from extremely hard and durable 1.4116 German Steel, known for its rust and corrosion resistance and ability to stay sharp. It's easy to sharpen. This knife is part of the Rockingham Forge Quadra collection. Knives are not for sale to persons under 18. All knives and bladed products are delivered by Age Verified Delivery (AVD). The carrier may request proof of age to deliver the parcel. If proof of age is not available, or the recipient is underage, the carrier will refuse to deliver. Santoku Knives are general purpose blades used for a variety of kitchen tasks. The riveted effect above the knife’s blade prevents food from sticking to it while slicing.
