Distilled at Jura in 2012, this single malt spent the next 13 years maturing, including a finish in a European oak oloroso sherry hogshead. Independent bottler James Eadie opened the cask in 2025, releasing 311 cask strength bottles. This Jura was aged for 13 years, followed by an 11-month finish in a European oak Oloroso hogshead. It offers elegant notes of apple, sultana, and toasted almond, delivering a well-balanced and characterful profile.
