This KitchenAid Gourmet 5 Piece Knife Set includes essential knives for everyday food preparation such as cutting, slicing, chopping, and trimming. The set features a 20cm chef's knife, a 20cm bread knife, a 20cm carving knife, a 11.5cm utility knife, and a 9cm paring knife. The knives are crafted from semi-polished, high-carbon Japanese steel, tempered and hardened for a durable edge. For enhanced control and comfort, they have eastern-style handles with a textured finish and a triple-riveted ergonomic design, accented by a stainless steel end cap.
