Troubleshooting
Unit will not ignite

Flame is weak or inconsistent
Check the gas level in your cylinder; it may be low. Ensure there are no blockages in the gas hose or burner ports. Clean any debris from the burner area.
Cooking surfaces are sticking
Ensure the cooking surfaces are adequately preheated and lightly oiled, especially when using the flat plate or BBQ grid for the first time after cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaning tools which can damage the coating.
Gas smell after connection
