Philip Kingsley Perfecting Primer is a heat protection spray that works as the perfect blow dry primer. It contains ingredients designed to smooth, soften, boost volume, and nourish your hair. Simply spray on the mid to end length of your hair to defend it from everyday wear and tear. This anti-frizz heat protectant formula nourishes the hair and scalp, leaving it looking healthy and beautiful. Infused with the delicate fragrance of cherry blossom, it contains Polyamide-1 for natural volume and hold, Quaternized Lipids to nourish the hair and replenish the lipid layer, and Elastin, which delivers excellent conditioning.
