Hob2Hood allows the hood and lights to switch on as you start cooking on your hob. SilenceTech ensures virtually silent operation. Thanks to the Hob2Hood functionality, this chimney-style hood automatically adjusts the extractor fan and lights based on your hob's heat settings. You can focus on cooking without manually operating the fan, as it seamlessly reacts to your needs. At the heart of the extractor is AEG's advanced ExtractionTech Pro motor, capable of reaching an intensive extraction rate of 710 m³/h. It operates with minimal noise, at only 74 dB(A), thanks to the SilenceTech design. Standard extraction ranges from 320 to 575 m³/h, with an intensive boost to swiftly eliminate odours and vapours. This appliance is highly energy efficient, with an impressive A rating for overall energy use, fluid dynamic efficiency, and lighting performance. It features two squared LED lamps for bright and energy-saving illumination over your hob, along with edge extraction technology for effective air capture around the perimeter of the unit. Maintenance is a breeze with the washable aluminium mesh grease filters, which can be easily cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher. The hood also has grease and charcoal filter indicators that notify you when a clean is due. If you choose to recirculate rather than use external ducting, a charcoal filter can be purchased separately.
