Grey Oyster Mushrooms are easy to grow and have a classic mushroom flavour, making them brilliantly versatile in all areas of cooking. For optimal growth, keep your kit in a light and airy spot and water it twice a day. These mushrooms thrive indoors, particularly in kitchens, benefiting from the right light and temperature. You can expect to harvest at least 200-250g over a few flushes. These are culinary mushrooms and have no known hallucinogenic properties. For best results, open the kit within 3 days of receipt or store in the fridge for up to one month. All packaging components can be recycled or composted. Full instructions are included in the kit.
