Coo-Var Shellac Prime-All is a multi-surface, heavy-duty primer suitable for use on wood, cement, plaster, brickwork and some plastics. It has excellent coverage with ability to block out difficult stains and odours to prevent bleeding through to the top coat. Ideal for tough stains like water stains and pen oils and for sealing tar, bitumen and creosoted surfaces. Touch dry in 10 minutes and recoatable after 30 minutes.
