Enable Bluetooth on your device. Take the earphones out of the charging case. Select the earphones from the list of available devices in your Bluetooth settings.
It takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge the earphones.
The charging case can charge the earphones up to 3 times, providing additional listening time.
The Bluetooth range is up to 10 meters.
Use the smart touch controls on the earphones: tap to play/pause, double-tap to skip to the next track, and triple-tap to go to the previous track.
Tap the touch control on either earphone to answer an incoming call. Tap and hold to reject a call.
The earphones are not fully waterproof, but they can withstand light exposure to sweat. Avoid submersion in water.

Ensure the earphones are charged and properly placed in the charging case. If they still don't turn on, try resetting them by placing them in the case and closing the lid for a few seconds.

Adjust the volume on your device and the earphones. Ensure the eartips create a good seal in your ears. Check for any obstructions in the earphone nozzles.
Ensure both earphones are charged. Reset the earphones by placing them in the charging case and closing the lid. If the issue persists, try re-pairing the earphones with your device.
Check the USB Type-C cable and power source. Ensure the charging case is properly connected to the power source. Clean the charging contacts on the earphones and in the case.
