This set contains 24 Inktense blocks of water-soluble media that produce vivid ink-like colours: Sun Yellow, Mango, Poppy Red, Dark Plum, Mid Ultramarine, Bright Blue, Racing Green, Teal Green, Kiwi, Burnt Yellow Ochre, Natural Brown, Ink Black, Sherbet Lemon, Bright Orange, Cherry, Fuchsia, Violet, Navy Blue, Turquoise, Ionian Green, Hookers Green, Red Oxide, Payne's Grey and Antique White. Their unique formulation means that colours can be layered, and won't dissolve any that have previously been applied. They're also highly lightfast and perfect for use with Derwent Line Makers. Also included is a waterbrush, a sponge and a five-part mixing palette incorporated into the lid of the set. Once dry, the colours are fixed, and you can safely work over the top of them. This permanency also makes them ideal for working with fabrics like silks and cotton. They can also be used on surfaces such as ceramic and wood.
